Develop a home yoga practice that truly feels your own

This intimate small-group mentoring course is designed for students who want to go deeper, beyond the studio or online class, beyond following someone else’s sequence, and into the heart of their own practice. Over six to eight weeks, you’ll receive personalised guidance, weekly homework, and meaningful support as you build a sustainable home practice that reflects your body, your lifestyle, your intentions.
It doesn’t matter what style of yoga you currently practice. What matters is your willingness to show up fully. Together, we’ll explore simple frameworks for self-practice, learn how to listen to your body with curiosity, and use concepts from yoga’s history and philosophy to give your journey depth and context.
You will learn how to meet yourself on the mat, confidently and consistently, with a practice that will nourish you long after the course ends.
If you’re ready to deepen your relationship with yoga and discover the transformative power of practising on your own and you have the time to dedicate to that through weekly individual work, this course is for you.
Here’s how the programme works; the details of content will naturally flex with the needs of participants:

- 6 1 hour weekly zoom meetings scheduled over 2 months to guide you towards developing your own home practice and build consistency and discipline
- a 1 to 1 online when you need it, for whatever you need
- weekly assignments and self-enquiry prompts to help you reflect on where you are and where you want to be in your practice
- a weekly theme to help you frame (or reframe) your self practice to meet your individual needs and develop autonomy in your practice
- interweaving of concepts from yoga history and philosophy to provide clarity and depth to your experience and understanding
- a wonderful group of peers whom you can lean on, learn from and celebrate with throughout the course and beyond
- we’ll stay connected throughout via a WhatsApp group to share resources, give and receive support, and feel less alone even when you are practising on your own. I’ll be here for your questions, doubts, challenges as well as for your successes and steps forward.

Cost £175
- I will try to make a recording available if there is a session you can’t attend, but I reserve the right to withhold any recording or part of a recording (I want everyone to feel comfortable to share their experiences and the idea of recordings, even temporary, can feel constraining)
- 30 mins 121 bookable during the period of the course at a mutually agreed time for when you have questions or need some extra support
- Additional online 121s are bookable at additional cost on request
