We’re all different, so our needs can be a little different. I’m here for you, ready to share what I have learned through my experiences of yoga — and life!


I offer classes in Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga online and in person in Oxford..

I give occasional themed workshops to explore yoga more deeply, with topics ranging from the technicality of particular poses, tips to support your own home practice, or how to understand Sanskrit pose names and common mantras.


I am also available for private students who need something more bespoke.

Yoga means different things to different people. That’s its beauty and its power. Many students begin yoga for its physical benefits of increased strength and flexibility. They stay with it for many reasons which are hard to put into words. Perhaps most simply, they start to feel more themselves, more whole and well.

I can’t predict or promise what you’ll find in your yoga. You have to explore and experience it for yourself.
