Yoga fundamentals — starting March 8th
Take time to learn or refresh key alignment points in a range of common yoga poses.
Understand modifications and progressions to feel more confident in class and help you make the practice truly your own.
Suitable for regular practictioners who want time to explore a firmer grounding, those feeling nervous about returning to class after a pause, or a solid intro for interested beginners.
Small interactive group with time and space to ask questions and I will encourage you to take notes for your own ongoing learning, enjoyment and safety.
Monday evenings 5.45-7pm UK time.
Each session £12.50 or all 5 for £50 (by purchasing the course in the ‘packs’ section)
March 8 Get moving — Surya namaskar (sun saluatations) — a full practice in its own right and also a good cardio workout!
March 22 Steady foundations — standing poses
April 12 Lighten up — balancing poses, mostly standing, but hand balances too depending on the interest of the group
April 26 Open your heart — backbends
May 10 Journey inward — forward folds
